This private roundtable event is being held at the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the British Chambers of Commerce and Vodafone. The event, taking place on Wednesday 22nd February from 10:00am to 12:00pm will explore the difficulties that SMEs are experiencing in managing their connectivity and collaboration tools with the challenges of flexibility, cost and time saving.

Vodafone recently partnered with the British Chambers of Commerce on a Connectivity Survey, which collected insights on firms’ use of connectivity tools and the challenges they face in this area.

The report found that:

1. 37% of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) believe they lack capacity to manage multiple ICT suppliers, contracts, and licences as they try to stay afloat in the challenging economic environment
2. A quarter of SMEs (25%) feel their current digital tools were not resilient enough to help protect their business from emerging challenges
3. More than one in five SMEs (22%) are not confident that their digital tools are secure
   4. 17% of SMEs disagree their current suppliers of connectivity tools help them to adapt to changing circumstances
4. This roundtable discussion, delivered in partnership with the British Chambers of Commerce and Vodafone will bring a small group of senior level decision makers together, from a wide range of SMEs, to:

• Explore what the findings of the report mean for SMEs in our area.
• Look at managing the impact of the rising cost of labour, energy, raw materials and more.
• Discuss how you can build and flex digital technology and protect your data with personalised solutions.
